Content
Situation
It has been determined that the order in which you install and tighten the screws for the left and right plate assemblies can cause the printer frame to warp. The warp causes the toner guides to spread apart to the point where the toner cartridge will “fall” into the printer when closing the toner door.
To avoid the warp, tighten the screws in this order: (Note, this is a picture of the LJ1000 product).

Follow the above procedure when re-installing a Left Plate or Right Plate Assembly in either the LJ3300 family, LJ1200 family, or LJ1000 product.
